TEMPLATES

New templates contributed by ggiesen 🚀:

1. Added the arp getter for Arista EOS, Cisco ASA, Cisco IOS, Cisco IOS-XR,
   Cisco NX-OS, Fortinet FortiOS, Juniper Junos, and Linux. Records include
   IPv4 and IPv6 neighbors, normalized MAC addresses, interfaces, VRFs, ages
   in seconds, and neighbor states.
2. Added interface-to-VRF mapping support where neighbor tables do not identify
   the VRF. Cisco IOS accepts the VRF name through the vrf template variable.
3. Cisco IOS, Cisco ASA, and Fortinet templates accept combined command output
   through a single default input.
