Simplify lyric timing and offset handling

Remove multiple timing offsets and heuristics and streamline lyric timing logic. Set LYRICS_OFFSET_SECONDS to 1s and eliminate SYNCED_LYRIC_PARSE_OFFSET_SECONDS (stop subtracting parse offset). Remove LYRIC_INDEX_HYSTERESIS_SECONDS, LYRIC_BACKWARD_SEEK_THRESHOLD_SECONDS, applyLyricsTimingOffset(), and the trustedTiming/backward-seek tolerance code path. stabilizeCurrentLyricIndex() no longer uses hysteresis or didBackwardSeek; updateLyricsDisplay() computes a single effectiveTime (numericTime - LYRICS_OFFSET_SECONDS) and simplifies blank-cutoff updates. Changes applied to lib/lyrics.js and public/scripts/modules/lyric.js to make active-line selection and timing behavior more direct and deterministic.
