feat: add global --query flag with JMESPath support

Added global --query flag to filter JSON output using JMESPath expressions.
This matches the behavior of the official Azure CLI.

Changes:
- Added --query persistent flag to root command
- Created pkg/query package with JMESPath query functions
- Created pkg/output package with PrintJSON helper
- Updated identity show/showByIDs to use new output helper
- Added github.com/jmespath/go-jmespath dependency

Example usage:
  az identity show -n my-identity -g my-rg --query 'properties.principalId'
  az identity show --ids /subscriptions/.../my-identity --query 'properties'
