Adds support for newly supported versions:

  • Fedora 43
  • RHEL 10

For Debian, updates version labels to reflect the new stable release cycle:

  • Trixie 13 is now stable (previously testing)
  • Bookworm 12 moved to oldstable
  • Bullseye 11 moved to oldoldstable

As a follow-up, I'd be fine either dropping this officially, or to hide it here (I think that's what we did the previous time; we'd still have the packages, but not overly communicated that we did).

LGTM

the vale linting is because oldstable and oldoldstable are ... well .. odd, but the correct terms used by these distros

Discussed with @sarahsanders-docker - the linting validation likely only shows up when editing this specific page, so better to not add an exception for it, and just "ignore" when reviewing this page.

I'll bring those one in 👍
