swap lodash.clone for lodash.deepclone since clone no longer supports deep option
also fix the test to conform to ava breaking changes

Can't merge until lodash/lodash#1880 is released. According to lodash/lodash#1886 it will be sometime tonight |

Just a note that ff57147 technically could be considered breaking since the promises returned from our public API have changed in accordance with bluebird 3.0 |
