New packages: pg (Postgres: streaming, COPY, LISTEN/NOTIFY), redis,
io (stdin and terminal control), flags, builder; crypto.sha1.
Tooling: slangc test with assert/panic, terse test output, slangc doc,
dir <subdir> on a package pin.
Runtime: a generational collector (minors trace no old object), run
queues that serve every stripe, a runnext slot, preemption and stack
growth on arm64, and fixes for request smuggling, a DNS use-after-free
and thread-local reads on tasks.
