Improved commit traceability and rebase validation.
- Revert commit messages now include the original commit hash and preserve long messages without truncation.
- Added
-xtodolt_cherry_pickto record the source commit. Source references survive conflict resolution and--continue. - Rebase plan edits now reject malformed or nonexistent commit hashes immediately, leaving the plan unchanged.
