v0.5.2 - Run create command directly

Improvement

Agent now runs deno deploy create --org <name> directly instead of asking the user to run it manually.

Before

"Please run deno deploy create --org donjo in your terminal..."

After

"I'm going to create the app now. A browser window will open - please complete the app creation there."

[Agent runs the command and waits for completion]

The command waits for browser completion anyway, so the agent can handle the full flow while the user just completes the browser step.
