• "My look on everyone playing that hero" no longer turns other players' items into the red ERROR
  model. It works the way it did before 3.0.0 again. With a very large library, a few spells (such
  as Skywrath Mage's Arcane Bolt) can again show stray item models.
• Scrolling no longer gets stuck: when the window ignores the mouse wheel, the app scrolls the page
  itself.

Your own rank medal and Dota Plus hero levels

• The level you choose for a hero now shows on the hero grid, the card that opens over a hero, the
  hero page and its Progress tab, not only on the pick badge.
• Badges show the medal for the level you chose, and no longer flash the real level when a page
  opens.
• A hero you did not choose a level for shows its real level again.
