Vampire Conundrum Puzzle

In the Spirit of Advent of Code I made a puzzle to teach some text to number mappings and grouping of data in to frequencies. It is very newbie friendly and quite easy puzzles, and probably a good second puzzle after the Alien thing. A little bit harder.

Also added an input folder for input data and a solution folder
