Hard to get to VS instructions #28771
Description
On Windows, you can use Visual Studio 2019. For setup instructions, see Set up your local environment.
But Set up your local environment. has the following 3rd bullet:
To use Visual Studio 2019, see Tutorial: Create a simple C# console app in Visual Studio.
VS should be featured, not 3rd. Can't you use includes like we do in ASP.NET Core docs for prerequisites?
But when you get to Tutorial: Create a simple C# console app in Visual Studio, all it has is
Prerequisites
You must have Visual Studio installed.
If you haven't already installed Visual Studio, go to the Visual Studio downloads page to install it for free.
Not to mention that it's not the current VS version.
