Description

The current sentence is not grammatically correct and feels a bit odd when reading it:

"The following example shows the distinction between a private set, read only, and init properties."

Possibly the best improvement is to replace the "as" article with "the":

"The following example shows the distinction between the private set, read only, and init properties."
