[UUF] Mention --prerelease flag

Description

The code examples don't mention that the --prerelease flag is required when adding the Microsoft.Extensions.AI package, so they aren't easily copy-pasteable. Additionally, there is no benefits.md file provided anywhere, which causes the code to throw an error when attempting to access it.
