Why does F1 for 'scoped' not link to this page?

Description

When highlighting a scoped modifier in Visual Studio and pressing F1, you are directed to the "No F1 help match was found" page, instead of here. I would expect this to operate much the same way as readonly works (ie directed to a page that describes what it does and how it's used).
