Orleans - Kubernetes deployment article refresh #48473

The Orleans on Kubernetes article (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/orleans/deployment/kubernetes) needs a refresh. I recommend the following changes:
- Explicitly state the assumptions of the article (single k8s cluster, single Deployment object).
- Remove usage of the Kubernetes hosting package and focus on a bare-bones setup
