Thank you for opening this issue. I believe current grammar is correct. Even though UIElement starts with a vowel, the sound of it is YOU EYE ELEMENT. Meaning the sound of it is a Y character and therefore uses A instead of AN. As a result, I'll close this issue. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!
