This is particular to Windows 11, correct? If so, I think we should clarify that in the statement.

This is particular to Windows 11, correct? If so, I think we should clarify that in the statement.

@gewarren The article is clearly specific to Windows 11, and as such does not need additional clarification. However, the revision is not specific to Windows 11. The .NET Framework 2.0-3.5 libraries have never included or supported .NET Framework 1.0-1.1 applications. It has always been a separate download/installation since its release in 2005. Similarly, .NET Framework 4.0-4.8 does not support prior versions and is a separate download/installation from .NET Framework 2.0-3.5.
