Title

Add PowerShell sample to System.Collections.Hashtable

Summary

This adds a Powershell sample for the System. Collections.Hashtable class, based on the C#
sample. It is updated to demonstrate PowerShell based syntax.

This PR replaces #3700 .

Details

The sample duplicates the C# sample and adds PowerShell specific Syntax.

Excellent. I love it when a plan comes together.

Now - all we need to do is to get the Language selector for PowerShell working. :-)

Yes. We have an internal bug tracking that and some feature requests. The idea is to have the system automatically detect the languages present on the page and display the correct language filters. But it can take a while.
