Follow up to #48191.

  • Deletes include file and puts content directly into MD article.
  • Alphabetizes templates in tables by name.
  • Adds H2s for Preinstalled templates and Discontinued templates. Users can find the template they're looking for by scrolling through the alphabetic table. It's actually much more user friendly than the previous "In this article" list of 19+ unalphabetized entries.
