Version Used: VS 17.8.4

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Switch VS to a language with longer texts like German or French.
  2. Open the Options window and go to Text Editor > C# > Code Style > General.

Expected Behavior:
The dropdowns always have the same height (for one line of text).

Actual Behavior: If the description takes up more than two lines, the dropdown fills the vertical space. (This never occurs in English as far as I could tell.)
