We should have been using the updated tagging scheme since its introduction. I updated the references in main and 8.0, but missed 9.0 which branched shortly before the new tags were added. Unfortunately this means we've been using stale images for 9.0. Lesson learned is to not remove tags unless we have marked them with docker EOL annotations. I happened to notice this as I was doing some unrelated work in the 9.0 branch.
