Remainder v0.3.0

--format toon

Adds --format toon (PR 47 / issue 46, merge a4f283b) as a projection of the same paced observation JSON already emits.
Compact stays the default.
JSON and value stay unchanged.

Archive layout

This is the first release after v0.2.3, so the executable lives at bin/remainder inside the archive.
A version manager that installs a GitHub release by extracting the archive, such as mise's github: backend, otherwise treats every root entry, including docs/ and skills/, as an installed binary.
Releases v0.1.0 through v0.2.3 keep the executable at the archive root and are not retroactively changed.
The published mise.toml sets strip_components = 1 and bin_path = "bin".

Verification

mise run verify passed on this macOS arm64 build host: formatting, go vet ./..., go test -race -shuffle=on -count=1 ./... across all packages, check-dependencies.sh, and the evidence redaction suite.
scripts/package-release.sh v0.3.0 dist produced this archive with all 15 pre-publication asset checks passing; remainder_v0.3.0_darwin_arm64.asset-qa.json is that record.
The packaged bin/remainder reports remainder v0.3.0 (github.com/douglasjarquin/remainder) and lists --format as compact, json, or toon.

No new credential route is introduced, so this increment does not run a live provider canary.

remainder_v0.3.0_darwin_arm64.tar.gz, SHA256SUMS, a pinned mise.toml (macos-arm64 only), and remainder_v0.3.0_darwin_arm64.asset-qa.json.
Check the archive digest before extraction.

This release ships a darwin_arm64 archive only.
linux_amd64 stays at v0.2.2 and linux_arm64 at v0.2.1; neither contains --format toon or the bin/ layout.
Earlier release assets remain immutable.
