This release signing status: macOS unsigned, Windows unsigned, Linux n/a.
When secrets are set, CI signs with Developer ID + notarization (macOS) and Authenticode (Windows). Missing secrets produce an unsigned artifact for that platform (Gatekeeper / SmartScreen warnings). See code signing.
