What's Changed

  • fix: decode hex-encoded credentials from Keychain
  • fix: refresh expired token before switching Claude profile

Claude Code stores credentials as a binary blob in Keychain. security find-generic-password -w returns blob data as hex, which was being written to credentials.json as-is. This caused profile switching to load hex strings instead of JSON into Keychain, breaking Claude Code authentication.

Also added token refresh on profile switch to ensure Claude Code receives a valid access token.
