The option to make the current selection smaller or bigger, which can be used to trim out anti-aliased pixels or artifacts into and from the selection.

Allow expanding, shrinking and growing selections

Via Selection > Expand/Shrink/Feather Selection. This opens a dialog
where you can input those parameters to manipulate an existing
selection.

Implements #1267 and #1306.

Implemented via Selection → Expand/Shrink/Feather Selection.

It's available in the continuous release: https://github.com/drawpile/Drawpile/releases/tag/continuous
