Usage:
./hatdoc [options] file.hat [bibtexfile.bib]
Options:
-f footer.txt - HTML footer text for the bottom of each page.
-t file.tex - alternative tex file name.
-v - verbose output.
Write one documentation file which outputs HTML files and a tex file which then gives a pdf file.
