Manual interface zoom for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI.

• Settings → General → Interface zoom (75%–200%, 5% steps, reset)
• Ctrl (⌘) + mouse wheel anywhere in the window
• Compact − / % / + control in the Session header's top-right utilities
• Geometry-space shim (0.1.2): fixes tooltips, hover cards and menus drifting once zoomed — CSS zoom makes Chromium report getBoundingClientRect/innerWidth in visual pixels while position: fixed descendants are zoomed again
• EN/ZH locale parity, enforced by scripts/check-locales.mjs in CI
