Scripts

• A script named in Cyrillic gets a command and a tool of its own. Command ids and tool names are made from the script's name and used to drop everything but Latin letters, so every Cyrillic-named script registered the same command (abele:script-) and the same tool (script_): the palette showed whichever was read last, and that changed from launch to launch. Cyrillic is now transliterated (Сортировать задачи → script-sortirovat-zadachi), and a name with no Latin left falls back to a hash. Latin names come out exactly as before, so no hotkey or tool mode moves.
