Fixes

  • Preserve workflow entry argument-binding failures as typed replay-blocked task refusals before application code runs. Workflow body failures keep their ordinary terminal semantics.
  • Advertise workflow_entry_arguments_validation only for Workers with that correction, allowing eligible changed-definition routing on Server 2.9.9 while older Workers remain fenced.

Exact qualified source: cd8834aea01331912e6e9854ae0174f9fb7ba8fa (all applicable independent main checks pass). No dependency resolution or protocol-floor change. Normal published-package consumers against the immutable Server image are the remaining cross-repository acceptance gate in durable-workflow/.github#221 and durable-workflow/server#518.
