Adds opt-in sidebar hide/restore controls that compose with existing page headers, and preserves icon-button tooltips and accessible names across adaptive platform styles.

  • Sidebar hide controls sit at the rail/drawer's top right, independently of collapse/expand. Visibility remains caller-controlled through showNavigationToggle and onNavigationVisibleChange.
  • DmAppBar.restoreNavigation and DmNavigationHeader place restore beside existing explicit or automatic back/drawer controls in the same toolbar row. Nested AppBars and pinned, floating, or expanded SliverAppBars are supported.
  • Pages without headers can use a safe-area restore overlay. Hide/restore retains drafts, scrolling, selection, and rail expansion preference.
  • Cupertino and Fluent DmIconButton implementations preserve tooltips and accessible control names, including disabled controls.

Fixes #21 and #22. All 11 workspace packages are released at 1.11.0.

Validation: 1,680 workspace tests; formatting and fatal-info analysis; release web build and WebAssembly dry run; Chromium desktop/mobile hide/restore checks. Header regressions cover Material, Cupertino, and Fluent at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths, plus sliver geometry and RTL/system insets.
