v1.49.0

This release was never published. Its build stopped before signing on three RustSec advisories for the zip crate that appeared that night (RUSTSEC-2026-0367/0368/0369 — about extracting archives, which RIGStats never does; it only writes the diagnostics ZIP). There is no installer here. The release you want is v1.49.1, which contains everything listed below plus the zip upgrade (#419).
