First release. A clean home screen for the Amazon Fire TV Stick, no root.

  • Photo wallpaper, clock and a frosted glass dock of your apps
  • Home button opens FireFrame, using an accessibility overlay (Fire OS blocks changing the launcher)
  • Opens by itself after a restart
  • App drawer: hold OK or press Menu to add, move or remove dock apps
  • Five public domain NASA wallpapers, or your own with ./fireframe.sh wallpaper
  • ./fireframe.sh debloat turns off Amazon ads, tracking and bloat in groups; ./fireframe.sh undo reverses it

Tested on a Fire TV Stick HD (AFTSS), Fire OS 7.7.1.4.

Install: adb install fireframe.apk, then ./fireframe.sh install <tv-ip> from a clone of this repo to turn on the Home button service. See the README for the Claude Code prompt.
