Linux AppImage (self-updating) Download *-linux-x64.AppImage, chmod +x, run
Debian / Ubuntu sudo apt install ./ferrisscope-*-linux-x64.deb
Fedora / RHEL sudo dnf install ./ferrisscope-*-linux-x64.rpm
macOS Open *-macos-{arm64,x64}.dmg, drag FerrisScope.app to /Applications (see macOS note below)
Windows Run *-windows-x64.exe (NSIS installer)

macOS first launch

We're not yet code-signed by an Apple Developer cert, so macOS quarantines the bundle on first open ("FerrisScope can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software"). After dragging to /Applications, run once:

sudo xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/FerrisScope.app
