LUND-creation examples

Use these as patterns. Checked-in profiles are the starting point for reviewed settings; command-line values intentionally override a profile for a particular run.

Run these run.csh examples on ifarm. The script discards uncommitted edits and deletes untracked and ignored files except build/ before starting the workflow. Commit and push development changes from your local copy first, and keep generated samples outside the ifarm repository directory. During local development, run the compiled application directly to avoid cleanup.

Small uniform run on ifarm

This uses the profile uniform-enFD-2070MeV.conf:

For local debugging, call the built program directly. Relative paths then start from the caller's current directory; run.csh anchors workflow paths to the repository root.

The tutorial index links to command collections for the supported samples and to all-options examples for the launcher, both LUND applications, and submission. The arbitrary values in the all-options examples show syntax, not recommended production settings.
