• Refactor partitions logic
• Run the Uncrustify workflow only on pull requests
• Run the Python Linters workflow only on pull requests
• Remove the nightly CI jobs targeting the End-of-Life 0.x branch
• Refactor the topic profile lookup so YAML-configured QoS always overrides XML profile QoS, removing the endpoint-qos-mode option
