AirOpsEnv v0.4.2: v3 runs open in the control-center room

v0.4.2 opens AirOpsEnv v3's runs in the control-center room again. In v0.4.1 a v3 run opened inside the terminal; now the list's cards and Start here open it on its room, as v0.4.0 and v2 do. The Terminal view stays a camera (key 9), and Start here links to it as its second choice, at a gate held for its connecting passengers. Everything else is v0.4.1's: the env airops-occ3, the pack b6-v3, the grading, the board, the recorded runs, the dataset's tables and the viewer's views.
