Fixed

  • When the Siansa Analysis plugin isn't installed on AudioMuse, Similar albums now says so, instead of "AudioMuse
doesn't know this song". Home no longer asks that server for similar artists on every visit while it's missing.
  • On Emby and Jellyfin, an album with no cover of its own now shows its first song's cover on its page, as the
player already did, instead of an empty square.
  • Beats clashed in some DJ blends. A song queued while another played (a radio just started, a reshaped mix)
had no measured start yet when its blend was planned, so it got a long fixed blend that ignored its beat; its
measurements are now fetched as soon as it's queued. A song that ends on a beat no longer blends at length into a
song that hasn't been measured, nor into one that starts on a beat it can't be matched to (often drum and bass,
whose breaks rarely read as steady): the blend is short. A beat-matched blend into a short song is laid over
fewer bars instead of being blended out of step.
  • A flutter after a DJ blend. As the next song eased back to its own speed it changed speed every 200 ms, and
each change can be heard. It now eases back in about 20 steps.
  • Cover rows: no arrow beside the card's title, as on Home's other titles; tapping the title still opens it.
  • Cover rows: the dots under the card follow your swipe. They stayed on the first column.
  • Drum and bass was never beat-matched in DJ blends. The Siansa plugin read its tempo at two thirds (113 BPM for
170), with the beats off the music. Plugin 0.4.2 reads it right and measures every song's beats again in the
    background; update it in AudioMuse-AI.

Added

  • Cover rows for Home's own sections. The look picker in Arrange Home (the cog on a section) now offers Cover rows,
the look custom cards got in 0.48: covers with their details beside them, three to a column. Albums show their song
count and year, and their cover plays them; books and podcasts show how far you are; a radio or genre shows its colours.

Changed

  • Home's notice chips look like Your Library's chips: the same round pills, without an ×. A notice kind you set to
Pinned in Settings › Home › Notices now always shows and is never pushed out by other notices; the automatic
ones come and go as needed and fill the places left.
  • Changing a DJ mix's shape moves the very next song. A build or a wind down now takes about eight songs and a
euphoric climb three, however many songs the radio has queued. Spread over all of them (up to 30), the next song
hardly changed and the shape took hours.
  • Settings › Home has just Notices and Cards. The source filter and Arrange Home are on the button at the top of
    Home.
