1. Install

Download atesor-ai_0.2.0_amd64.deb from the assets below, then:

sudo apt-get install ./atesor-ai_0.2.0_amd64.deb

apt pulls in the runtime dependencies (python3, a Docker
engine, qemu-user-static, binfmt-support, ca-certificates).

2. Verify the install

atesor-ai --version      # -> atesor-ai 0.2.0
atesor-ai -h             # full flag reference

3. One-time host setup

Add yourself to the docker group (re-login afterwards) and
register the riscv64 emulation handler — without it every
riscv64 container exits with exec format error:

sudo usermod -aG docker "$USER"
docker run --privileged --rm tonistiigi/binfmt --install riscv64

Provide an API key for your LLM provider (or put it in
~/.config/atesor-ai/.env — see
/opt/atesor-ai/app/.env-example for every supported
variable):

export LLM_PROVIDER=gemini
export GOOGLE_API_KEY=your_key_here

Then provision the build sandbox (first run builds the
riscv64 image under emulation and can take 15-45 min):

atesor-ai --setup-only

4. Port a repository

# basic run
atesor-ai --repo https://github.com/madler/zlib

# watch what the agents are doing
atesor-ai --repo https://github.com/madler/zlib --verbose

# pick the sandbox distro and allow more fix attempts
atesor-ai --repo https://github.com/sqlite/sqlite \
          --platform debian --max-attempts 10

# on success, also emit a zip (recipe + source + manifest)

# ignore the recipe cache and re-run the whole pipeline

5. Where the output goes

Runtime state lives under $ATESOR_HOME (default
~/.local/share/atesor-ai), never in /opt:
