v1.2.0-RC2
Pre-release
Pre-release
This is the second release candidate for Milo 1.2.0.
The 1.2.0 feature and migration guide describes the new features and the changes that may require code changes in your application. 1.2.0 includes source and binary compatibility breaks, so recompile applications and extensions against one consistent Milo version.
Changes since RC1
- The server's TranslateBrowsePathsToNodeIds now follows every match at intermediate path elements, as Part 4 requires. A path can return more targets than before, and a path whose first match was a dead end no longer returns
Bad_NoMatch. An unreadable BrowseName no longer fails the request withBad_UnexpectedError, and paths in one request share their browse and BrowseName reads. - The client's
disconnect()no longer waits for its 5 second fallback timeout when the connection closes at the same moment (#2134). netty-channel-fsm is updated to 1.0.4. - The event filter
Castoperator now converts Float and Double values across the full Int64 and UInt64 ranges, and returns null for NaN, infinities, and out-of-range values instead of a saturated value. - Gson is updated to 2.15.0.
