Adds support for ERA5T products. No existing product changes cost or volume.

ERA5T

Four new product sets covering the ERA5T reanalysis (class=ea), with their representations, EPU factors and parameters:

XIV — Atmospheric high resolution (HRES): analysis and forecast on single, pressure and model levels.
XV — Atmospheric Ensemble Data Assimilation (EDA): analysis and forecast, ensemble mean and ensemble standard deviation, each on single, pressure and model levels.
XVI — HRES wave model: analysis and forecast, including 2D wave spectra.
XVII — EDA wave model: analysis and forecast, ensemble mean and ensemble standard deviation, including 2D wave spectra.

16 sets in total, 24 new representations, 57 new parameters, and two new grid definitions for the ERA5T wave and EDA wave models.

Set numbering follows the subsets published to users, so a set named here matches the same name in the product catalogue.

III-v-a, III-v-c (EFI and SOT, 1-day ranges): corrected a malformed entry in the step list. Requests for step 6-30 previously failed to match any set and could not be quoted; they are now costed normally. No other request is affected, and no existing quote changes.

Reference tests for all 16 new sets.
The ERA5T requests are now part of the corpus used to regenerate representations.yaml, so future regenerations keep the ERA5T entries.
