New RemoveSlashFromNativeConstantFixer
Removes the leading backslash from true, false and null, turning \true into true. Only standalone keywords are touched - namespace segments like Foo\true or \true\Bar are left intact. Added to the namespaces set.

The new fixer is ported to the blink Go runner, keeping both engines in sync.
