v0.3.0
Create a standalone Yada agent with one command:
npx @edgaralochi/yada@0.3.0 init my-agentSet your provider credentials in my-agent/.env, then run npm start from that directory.
- One provider config:
YADA_LLM_PROVIDER,YADA_LLM_MODELandYADA_LLM_API_KEY, with native Gemini, the OpenAI Responses API and provider-hosted web search on by default. - Durable sub-agents, mid-run steering, long-term memory, persisted conversation summaries and tenant quotas.
- MCP sampling and elicitation, OpenTelemetry through
@edgaralochi/yada/otel, and evals through@edgaralochi/yada/evals. - More reliable runtime and service: model-call retries, fallback models, approval recovery, shared rate limits, storage key rotation and streaming backups.
- A much smaller widget bundle (about 25 KB).
Breaking changes. Stop older Yada versions before upgrading, because they can't read the new storage format. Remembered approvals are reset, the conversation-list cursor format changed, client errors now return 4xx, JSON endpoints require Content-Type: application/json, and chatModelAdapter and otelTracer moved to @edgaralochi/yada/langchain and @edgaralochi/yada/otel. See the upgrade notes.
Requires Node 24. The attached archive is the package published to npm; verify it with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.

- Optional workspace login and the branded chat widget.

SKILL.mdinstructions and text resources from Claude, Cursor and Codex. Script execution and product-specific hooks still require host integration.
Requires Node 24. The attached archive is the package published to npm; verify it with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.
