Fixed
- npm publish workflow now uses Node 24 instead of Node 22 to avoid the
broken bundled npm in the 22.22.2 runner toolcache image (missing
promise-retry module), which was causing the npm install -g npm@latest step to crash and prevent the npm package from being
published on release.
