feat(cross-call): Codex native agent (.toml) for @lazycc-delegate

  • Codex TUI에서 @lazycc-delegate mention으로 Claude Code 호출 가능
  • Installer가 ~/.codex/agents/에 .toml 복사 + config.toml 자동 등록
