Improved error messages with installation guides

  • /lazycodex: When codex CLI not found, shows step-by-step installation guide with links to:
    • @openai/codex (Codex CLI)
    • LazyCodex (agent harness)
  • /lazycc: When claude CLI not found, shows installation guide with link to Claude Code docs
  • Better node version discovery (sort -V) for PATH expansion
  • Clearer numbered-step command structure
