Codex /lazycc slash command support

Problem: /lazycc showed "Unrecognized command" in Codex TUI because Codex uses ~/.codex/skills/<name>/SKILL.md for slash commands, not ~/.codex/agents/ (which are sub-agent definitions).

Fix:

  • Added codex-skills/lazycc/SKILL.md following the same format as native Codex skills (ask-claude, help, etc.)
  • Installer now copies skill files to ~/.codex/skills/ when claude CLI is available
  • Includes PATH expansion for sandbox environments + installation guide when claude not found

After update: npx lazy-claudecode@latest install → /lazycc now works in both Claude Code AND Codex.
