Added

  • m-hist (series academic 数理・統計, purpose spread): histogram (柱状グラフ), frequency polygon (度数折れ線) and dot plot (ドットプロット). Data: raw values with bins: {start, width} (the part counts; classes are 以上・未満) or a frequency table: [{from, to, count}]; up to 2 series, drawn overlaid (solid and dashed outlines). Attributes: axes as m-curves (xr yr xt yt xf yf xl yl), unit, digits, polygon / relative / cumulative ("on"), kind="bars" | "dots", marks="mean, median, mode" (labelled vertical lines, one step each), build="whole" | "values" | "bins" (values: the values drop into their classes one at a time, the step kept to about 3 s). Variants fade, grow. Mean, median and mode are computed exactly from the values (from a table: Σ class mark × count ÷ n, the median class, the modal class mark)
  • m-boxplot (series academic, purposes spread, compare): box plot built like the textbook procedure (build="steps": sorted values → 中央値 → 第1・第3四分位数 → box → whiskers 最小値・最大値, with the values printed and, for one group, the sorted row with the positions framed), or build="whole" (one group per step). groups: [{label, tone, values | five}]; orient h | v; method="jp" (default: the median of each half, leaving out the median when n is odd; 中2・数学Ⅰ), inc, exc (spreadsheet QUARTILE.INC / QUARTILE.EXC; the README notes compare them on a worked example); outliers="on" (1.5 × IQR fences); dots="on". Variants fade, draw
  • tools/test-stats.mjs (in tools/test-all.mjs): the statistics of both parts on textbook examples (odd and even n, several modes, no mode, classes at boundaries, the frequency-table mean / mode / median class, quartiles by jp / inc / exc, fences)
  • tools/test-contrast.mjs: shapes a part marks with class="outline" (m-hist's bars; the second group is dashed over the first) must reach 3:1 against what is around them (WCAG 1.4.11), in all three themes
  • purposes.json: the spread tile's examples are now 「ヒストグラム・箱ひげ図・ドットプロット」 / "histogram, box plot, dot plot"
