Doesn't work with a detached head

If, for example, you do

git checkout origin/master

to base your branches off of instead of keeping a local copy, GitHubinator can't produce a URL at all. I'm not sure what the best behavior would be...maybe a default branch? But as is, not generating anything at all makes it hard to use.

Ah, that is it—apologies for not checking the open issues first! I might have a poke at this and see if I can submit a patch then.
