ArchSteer CLI 0.4.0

• New: archsteer mcp — a local MCP server so agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) query the live model + declared intent mid-edit. Runs over stdio, spawned by your own editor — no cloud, no auth, no account. Free with the CLI.
  • current_architecture — component/layer counts, conformance/drift, target.
  • get_target_pattern — the invariants for a file, before you write to it.
  • check_file — whether a file conforms, without waiting for CI.
• Optional dependency: pip install "archsteer[mcp]".
