v0.2.2
launch: no DNS to install, and the first person is created for you Two things stood between a clean workstation and a working desk, and both were the operator's problem rather than the product's: - Names. The launch required four `--domain` arguments, so a first install needed a zone, records, and propagation before anything could be seen. Without them the appliance now takes names from its own static address (`app-203-0-113-7.sslip.io` and siblings), which resolve for anybody, so certificates issue and the desk opens straight away. Given `--domain`, the intent keeps exactly what the operator wrote. - The first person. With bundled sign-in the appliance came up with nobody in it, and the operator had to read a password out of Secret Manager, find an administration console, and fill in a form. The launch now creates one user in the Thelve realm with a generated temporary password and prints it once at the end. It is temporary, so sign-in asks for a new one immediately; an existing user of that name is left alone, so a resumed launch neither fails nor resets anyone's password. Also: the Telnyx prompts are skipped when those values already exist in the project's secret store, so a resumed or pre-provisioned launch runs unattended and never overwrites a working credential with a typo. v0.2.1
release 0.2.1: the bundled sign-in default ships as a binary v0.2.0 was tagged before launch defaulted to bundled sign-in; this tag carries that default so the published binary matches the runbook. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
